PMCLogic is easy to use because it provides "Material Kit" and "Material List" templates to assist the user in quickly building an end-of-job PMC invoice. As each user build's his/her library (history) of specific Material Kits, Material Lists, and Invoices, the task of completing new invoices becomes easier and easier and requires less and less time.

This then allows the manager/owner to make a determination as to whether the "official" estimate covers PMC or if the shop (personnel) is wasting paint and material.
